Why Business Problems Are Often Growth Opportunities
How you read a problem decides what it turns into.
So read it right.
Okay, okay, I know what you may be thinking...
"Easier said than done."
But, in my opinion, so many opportunities start out looking like problems.
And that's when 99% of people complain about them.
Or work around them and hope they fix themselves.
Good operators and founders do something different.
They treat the friction as data.
Not an inconvenience.
They ask a different question instead of moving on,
and look at where the problems live in your business.
Because they know that that's usually where the signal is loudest.
A lot of people see that and complain.
A smaller group looks at the same thing and asks:
How do I fix this for good?
That question changes everything.
I didn't set out to build Fluency.
I built a tool first, meant to help brands track their data.
Nobody wanted to pay for it.
What they wanted was someone to tell them what to do with the numbers.
That complaint became the business.
Problems aren't fun.
But they're useful if you're paying attention.
Next time something keeps breaking, don't just patch it.
Ask what it's trying to tell you.
What's something in your business right now that keeps causing friction?
Might be worth a second look.
