NYC - Part 2

Thursday in NYC was another packed day of energy, insights, and incredible people.

☕️ Kicked things off with a breakfast meeting with the powerhouse team from Athena Club . These women are doing *big* things—smart, focused, and building with purpose.

🛋️ Then I stopped by abc carpet & home to see one of our client’s stores in real life. Always inspiring to see the brand experience fully brought to life in retail.

📍Next up: the Storm King Consulting Summit, organized by the one and only Stan Rosenberg. The room was filled with sharp operators and brand leaders, and the smaller format created space for real conversations about what we’re all up against right now.

Highlights included seeing my great friend Scott Geftman absolutely school the room on tariffs (representing Larimar Logistics like a boss), and reconnecting with great people like Andrew Goble, Elizabeth Reid, Shane Pittson, Victor Castro, Francesco Gatti (Opensend), and meeting new folks like Caroline Buras, Manuel Guardiola, and Akash Pathak.

🍷 Wrapped the day with a casual dinner—small group, big vibes. We drank, laughed a ton, and got into real conversations—the kind that make the late nights worth it. Grateful to have shared the evening with Willy Green, Ryan Jack, Joseph Terzi, Scott Geftman, and Harrison I..

Overall, it was exhausting, but exhilarating. By Friday, I was ready to be back home with the fam, BUT it felt productive and energizing.

It’s great to LOVE what you do.
