How Do You Rate Your Creative Efficiency Out of 10?

Most growth teams know their ROAS to 2 decimal places.

But they never audit their creative system.

That gap shows up in performance before anyone names it.

Creative gets evaluated on gut feel and lag indicators.
Something stops working, and spend drops.
A new concept gets rushed in, and the reaction loop continues.

Fluency uses an internal audit called the Creative Efficiency Score.
It scores you in 8 areas, each worth 10 points. 80 points total.

It measures the health of the process producing your performance:

(Score each area 1 to 10.)

1️⃣ Hook quality
↳ Are your hooks built on a real insight?

2️⃣ Creative variety
↳ Are you testing genuinely different angles, or variations of the same idea?

3️⃣ Refresh cadence
↳ Do you have a process for replacing fatigued creative, or are you waiting for performance to tell you?

4️⃣ Testing Structure
↳ Are you learning from each test, or just rotating new ads in?

5️⃣ Signal feedback loop
↳ Is creative performance data reaching the people writing briefs?

6️⃣ Brief quality
↳ Are briefs built around an audience signal, or what the brand wants to say?

7️⃣ Fatigue awareness
↳ Do you have a system for catching concept decay before ROAS tells you?

8️⃣ Iteration process
↳ When something works, do you know exactly why, and can you build on it deliberately?

Add it up, so you know where you're at 👇

60 to 80: Your creative system is a genuine growth asset.
You're building on signal.

40 to 59: You have spend and a semi-functional process, but gaps exist.
Performance is inconsistent for reasons you can't fully explain.

Under 40: You're running paid creative without a creative operating system.
Performance is fragile and will keep disappointing you.

Most brands I work with land between 30 and 50.

The spend is there, but the process isn't.

Performance data rarely tells you that directly.
It just tells you something is off.

This score tells you where to start.

Where does your team score on creative accountability?
