Most brands have more data than they can act on.
The skill is knowing which numbers change what you do next.

📝 The Brief Rule

Creative quality is decided before anyone opens a design tool.
A weak brief produces weak output. Talent doesn't change that.

📈 The ROAS Trap

ROAS tells you what happened inside a brief window.
Never build a strategy from a snapshot.

📉 The Fatigue Rule

Your audience tires of an ad long before the budget runs out.
Rotate creative before performance drops.

📊 The Attribution Gap

Attribution assigns credit. It doesn't explain behavior.
Knowing which channel drove conversion doesn't tell you what drove the decision.

🛠️ The Structure Rule

Most paid media underperformance is a structural problem.
Fix the account before you fix the ad.

💪 The Consistency Rule

The brands that win over time are the most consistent.
Familiarity converts. Consistency builds it.

📤 The Distribution Rule

Where something lands determines whether it works.
Decide the channel before you make the asset.

🎯 The Metric Mirror

Whatever you measure and reward is what your team will produce.
Audit your KPIs against the outcomes you want before you set them.

⚡ The Speed Rule

Most growth decisions are reversible.
Waiting for perfect information on a reversible call comes with a high cost.

🪜 The Ceiling Rule

Every channel has a ceiling. What works at $50k a month rarely works at $500k.
Plan for the next channel before you hit it.

None of these are original.
