Problems Are Gifts

*I treat them like puzzles 𧩠.
Most of my life, I looked at problems like barriers. They were things that I needed to push through. I stressed about them. I avoided them. I lost sleep over them.
Over time, I started to change my perception - and it changed everything for me.
A problem is only a problem if you let it get in your way.
If you treat it like a puzzle, it becomes a gift.
A puzzle creates curiosity. Instead of panic.
It forces creativity. Instead of fear.
It slows you down and allows you to see the patterns.
And the moment you name something as a puzzle, not a threat, you unlock a different part of your brain.
The more resourceful part.
The more grounded part.
Thereβs a quote out there that I repeat to myself often:
βππππ πππ£π£ππ‘π¦ ππ’π₯ π π, π‘π’π§ π§π’ π π.β
When something breaks, when a client churns, when a plan falls apart - my first instinct now isnβt "π°π‘π² π¦π?β
Itβs βWhat is this trying to teach or show me?β
That question turns frustration into information and ignites that other part of my brain.
It turns setbacks into strategy reps.
𧩠On the other side of that moment, or PUZZLE, is a new system or mechanism that I just built for my arsenal.
Founders who thrive arenβt the ones with no problems - theyβre the ones whoβve learned how to solve puzzles.
My advice?? The next time something hits your desk / face / brain and feels heavy, try shifting one word:
Itβs not a problem.
ITβS A PUZZLE.
And puzzles get solved π’
