Challenges

Before working with Fluency, Better Booch’s subscription strategy was overlooking the post-purchase experience. Essentially, subscribers were receiving the same customer experience as everyone else. To tackle this challenge, we worked on redesigning the journey from the top down, while automating product-specific cross-sells to drive incremental revenue. 

SOLUTIONS

We launched the post-purchase automations for subscription members. This strategy included a specific flow, which would be sent out before their next subscription was shipped out. It notified the customer that their subscription would be sent soon, and gave them different options for action. They could leave their subscription as is, cancel it, delay it, or add on a one time upsell flavor for that shipment only. Giving the customer control on what they wanted to do with their next shipment was vital in the high engagement which followed.
